Free shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase. Your order is fulfilled and supported by DASONS FL USA LLC, a US-registered business based in Florida.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email, followed by a tracking number once your order ships.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 8–15 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather, peak seasons, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Tracking

A tracking number is provided for every order once it ships. You can track your order at any time using the Track Order page. Once an order is confirmed delivered by the carrier to the address you provided, it is considered fulfilled.

Shipping address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice an error, contact us at contact@aloxo.store immediately — we can only update an address before the order has shipped.

Customs, duties, and taxes

For orders shipped outside the United States, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price. These charges are set by your local authorities and are outside our control.

Lost, stolen, or delayed packages

If your tracking shows no movement for an unusually long time, or your package is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us at contact@aloxo.store and we will help investigate with the carrier. We want every order to arrive safely and will always work with you to resolve a genuine delivery problem.
