Play On. Stay Sharp.

Every game keeps your mind sharp and your friends close. A share of each ALOXO order supports the Alzheimer's Association — care and research for the families who need it.

Every Tile, Colored by Hand.

You’ve seen what happens to printed tiles — the color fades, the design scratches off, and within a few seasons they look tired. Not these. Every tile is engraved into the acrylic and filled by hand, color by color. It costs more and takes longer — and it’s why your set still looks new after years of weekly play.

A Different Toy on Every Joker

Most sets give you eight identical Jokers. This one turns them into a toy box. Each Joker carries a different piece from the story — a side drum with crossed sticks, a rocking horse, a nutcracker soldier, a gingerbread house, a pair of pink ballet slippers tied with a bow, a grandfather clock. You notice which one you drew, and so does everybody else at the table.

The same care runs through the rest of the set. One suit is a street of iced gingerbread houses, each one different, numbered in both Western figures and traditional Chinese characters. One suit is a row of little iced cakes in pink, mint, apricot and cream. One suit is red winter blooms on green stems. And instead of the usual four letters, the four winds are four dancers — North in red, East in green, West in pink, South in lilac — with the direction spelled out above each one so nobody has to guess.

For the Woman Who…

You are the one who still puts the tree up properly. Not because anyone asks any more, but because December without it would not be December. You have a box of decorations older than some of the people who will sit at your table this year, and you know exactly which ones go where. This is a set that belongs in that same box — dark forest green, soft lilac, a flash of red in every edge, and something to look at on every single tile. Put it out in December and it is part of the season; leave it out in January and nobody minds.

Treat yourself to the table you've earned.

Yes. A complete American Mahjong configuration with the 8 Jokers required by current NMJL play — authentic crak, dot, and bam coloring, ready for the current year’s card.

Solid and weighted enough to land with a proper click on felt. Each tile sits flat and slides smoothly. Not hollow plastic. The exact material is listed in The Specifications on this page.

Built into the tile, not printed on the surface — so the artwork doesn’t fade, scratch off, or wear thin. The Specifications section on this page describes exactly how this set’s artwork is made.

The full American Mahjong configuration with the Jokers current NMJL play calls for, plus spare tiles so a lost tile never ends your night. The exact tile count is listed in The Specifications on this page.
